FUN FACT

Opalescent nudibranch are one of the most colourful sea slugs found in Tofino, characterized by their bright orange backs and blue lines along their sides. When consuming prey that have stinging cells (eg. Anemones), they have evolved the ability to transfer the unfired stinging cells to their backs, using it as their own defence mechanism against predators.
