Good Morning,

FUN FACT
Vancouver Island Black Bears, which are seen on our Bear Watching tours in Clayoquot sound, are not true hibernators. This means they sleep for part of the winter (January and February) but wake up occasionally to forage. This is because our temperatures are mild and do not drastically change throughout the year.
