from the south (victoria, vancouver, & nanaimo)

Drive North on Highway 19 for 35km (after Nanaimo), until you reach Highway 4. Drive 47 km West on Highway 4 to Port Alberni. Continue travelling West from Port Alberni on Highway 4 for 92 km until you reach the junction that directs you to either Tofino or Ucluelet. Turn right and travel 34 km through Pacific Rim National Park to Tofino.

from the north (campbell river & comox)

Drive South (356 km from Port Hardy) through Campbell river and Comox until you reach Highway 4. Drive 47 km West on Highway 4 to Port Alberni. Continue travelling westward from Port Alberni on Highway 4 for 92 km until you reach the junction that directs you to either Tofino or Ucluelet. Turn right and travel 34 km through Pacific Rim National Park to Tofino.

Continue to travel along Highway 4 towards Tofino. The Highway will turn into Campbell Street. Continue along Campbell St. until you reach the first stop sign (four way stop) – the cross road is Fourth St. Turn right onto Fourth St. and West Coast Aquatic Safaris is on your left (bright orange building). Parking ia available along Fourth St. or there is a pay parking lot on the corner of Third & Main.
