September Whale Watching

Black Bears

A Humpback Whale

September has turned out to be quite a success on the Whale Watching front. In the past couple weeks we’ve seen several pods of Orcas. The Orcas have been seen all over Clayoquot Sound including the Tofino Harbour. We’ve also seen several Humpback Whales around both Ahous Bay on Vargas Island and Cow Bay on Flores Island. The weather has been pretty mild this month as well, there has been a few days of rain in the past few weeks but those days were warm and usually followed by a day or two of sunshine. Regardless of the weather our vessels are sure to keep you comfortable with our heated cabins for the rainy days and for the sunnier days our fly decks will suit you. Bear Watching is still in full swing as well, the tides within the next week will be ideal for watching Black Bears. You can book a tour with us online and receive 10% off. If you’d like to book a tour that departs in less than 24 hours give our office staff a call and they’ll be happy to reserve your seats for you. 1-877.5.WHALES
