Oh What A Place

We have been treated to picturesque weather and sea conditions for this Edge to Edge Marathon weekend.  Today has been one of the best days of the Year for Tofino.  The sun has been shining all day at close to 20 degrees with just a very slight breeze.  We have had many Grey Whales in the Long Beach area again and this afternoon Tim, WASCO and the group found a lone Humpback up closer to Cow Bay.

World cup Action has continued and we have been sure to keep our guests appraised of all the action while on the boat so no one has to miss anything while the tour is under way.  The marathon kicks off first thing tomorrow morning from Tofino all the way to Ucluelet and for those who are not taking part we will have a Bear watching tour at 7 am followed by at trip to the hot Springs after that at 10 am.  Towards the end of the day tomorrow we will also be offering an evening Whale Watch tour with the perfect opportunity to catch a beautiful sunset from the water.

Only a couple more days until NANUQ

arrives in Tofino with Keith and Jeff.  If you are around town be sure to stop by and have a look.  You will find all the information on tours aboard NANUQ in our office, on our website and if you really don’t have the time for a trip, take a wander down to the Fourth St. Dock to have a look for your next trip to town.  Don’t forget about our draw prizes for every West Coast Aquatic Safaris tor that leaves the harbour.  You could be the next person to have the cost of your trip refunded.  Call us at the office for more details.
