So my brother lives in Hawaii and he has a gecko living in his room. The little girl just had babies, so my question is since having a gecko living in your home is good luck, does having a family of gecko’s living in your home mean your are just really messy?

It’s hard to choose a ‘favorite’ time of day or year to be in Tofino. From the early sun on the quiet sea in summer to the wild and beautiful sunsets in winter, there is always something of interest – surfers, eagles, seals, boats of all description. A walk on the beach in the sunny months to watching the mighty waves from the fireside in the winter – there is something for every season and every time of day. People of all ages can enjoy the rush of excitement of surfing or the comfort of a heated boat to see the wildlife of the sea and shore. There is much to be seen and enjoyed in Tofino whenever you visit.

Thanks Sarah, Whale Festival is also great to be a part of. Lots of activities and it really kicks of the return of the Grey whales to our waters. We are very fortunate to have some throughout the entire year unlike other areas. Our favourite time of the year is early spring. During spring break works really well if you get there during the Whale Festival. Loads of things for kids and adults to do. Highly recommend it!!!

Our favourite time of year is October or November. You can still do everything you would at any other time however is somehow feels far more romantic. It is our 6th trip this year and we always get a place with a fireplace, make time for an adventure and enjoy the great restaurants. We like Oysterfest and hikes!
